The initial consultation will include filling out important forms, communication of goals and preferences, orientation to equipment, and initial assessments.

1-hour Personal Training Session $20.00 (60 min)

Any sessions following the initial consultation. These are in-home training sessions. Will follow up for more information, payment, address, etc.
